Self-Reflection Tool: Reading Throughout the Content Areas
School leadership teams carefully examine a rubric describing research-based reading practices and determine which practices are currently being implemented consistently, inconsistently, or not at all.
Goal Setting and Action Plan Template
First, using results from the self-reflection, teams develop SMART goals so that schools clearly and carefully define their work.
Second, teams will develop a detailed action plan to ensure goals are met.
